Introduction to project

We recently completed a large-scale rural subdivision project for a residential property development company. This project involved significant civil engineering works to transform raw rural land into a masterplan community.

Value & Client

We were contracted by Andreatta Development to deliver the civil engineering project to enable the first stage of this sizeable rural subdivision. Our team completed bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer and water infrastructure as well as all internal and external roads for the Stage 1 release of 140 lots. The total project value for Stage 1 which we have now completed was around $8 million over a 12 month delivery timeframe.
