
Fernvale Residential Subdivision
Introduction to Project
We were recently engaged by consulting engineers Burchills on behalf of developer QM Properties to deliver a 50-lot residential subdivision in Fernvale, Queensland. This project involves significant civil engineering works to extend residential housing in the region.

Our Works & Approach
Our team will complete all internal and external hydraulics works for water and sewer, including pipe and culvert installations to facilitate the new housing lots. We will utilize our specialized southside pipe crew for delivery of the pipe infrastructure and connections.
We will also construct required retaining structures as well as stormwater and pavement works to provide roads and land access within the subdivision.
The project also includes upgrading a section of Banks Creek Road to provide access to the development. This requires modifications to existing stormwater and live water mains in the area. We will schedule shutdowns and work under traffic control to minimize impacts on surrounding residents.
